Make and share your pledge

Your pledge for today in words

'Today I will...' invites people who live with Parkinson's disease to make a personal commitment or 'pledge' today. Tell other people living with Parkinson's disease about something you commit to achieving today, large or small, in just 25 words or less. Pledges can also be accompanied by a photograph or artwork. You can share anything you want to do, from applying make-up, going for a walk, writing a letter, to spending time with your grandchild, whatever you will do, today. Pledges can be made once a day, once a week, once a month or as often as you remember.

We hope you'll come back and tell us what you will do today, everyday.

Your pledge in pictures (optional)

Please share any photograph/picture/artwork that complements your pledge.
