‘Today I will...’ provides a place for people who live with Parkinson’s disease, their family members, friends and carers to share their day-to-day motivations and personal commitments. ‘Today I will…’ is about inspiring each other to embrace today, and tomorrow. Join the ‘Today I will...’ conversation to support, motivate and inspire other people living with Parkinson’s disease.
Pledges can describe anything that is motivating to a person living with Parkinson’s disease, family member, friend or carer, large or small, on a given day. Each month, the daily pledges will be compiled and turned into a visual word cloud, where more commonly entered words will appear larger than others, allowing ‘Today I will...’ to visually represent the collective inspirations of people affected by Parkinson’s disease over time. At the end of each month, a new ‘Today I will...’ word cloud will be created.
‘Today I will...’ is part of UCB’s ongoing commitment to provide innovative and supportive programmes for people living with Parkinson’s disease.
Be inspired by individual personal commitments and view the pledges made by people with Parkinson's disease around the world.
You can select a specific word within the word cloud by clicking on it. Once you have made your selection, you will be able to read all the pledges related to that particular inspiration.
Today I will commit to spreading early and continuous access to research-based exercise programs for people with PD.
