‘Today I will...’ provides a place for people who live with Parkinson’s disease, their family members, friends and carers to share their day-to-day motivations and personal commitments or ‘pledges’. ‘Today I will…’ is about inspiring each other to embrace today, and tomorrow.

Maybe you have wanted to do something lately, but lacked motivation. Maybe you found something that inspires you to do what you didn’t think was possible. Sharing it on ‘Today I will...’ might motivate someone else who is in need of inspiration, or it might be the place you find it for yourself. ‘Today I will...’ invites you to make a personal commitment today.
Tell other people living with Parkinson’s disease about something you commit to achieving today. Pledges can describe anything that is motivating to you, large or small, in just 25 words or less.
